Situations may warrant a different approach, but we typically start with 5S, Value Stream Mapping workshops, Kaizen projects or workshops along with Lean 101 classes.
This particular client had many participants, early in our work, state that Lean didn't apply to their service organization. However, later in our work they agreed they were wrong.
